How long does it take to receive my order?

Will I receive a proof before production?

We carefully create your design using the personalization details you provide. Please ensure all names, dates, and messages are entered correctly before placing your order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make changes.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our best to help.

What image quality should I upload?

For the best results, we recommend:

  • High-resolution photos

  • Well-lit images

  • Clear, focused pictures

  • Original files whenever possible

Low-quality images may affect the final print quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to multiple countries across Europe and selected international destinations.

Can I order a gift for someone else?

Absolutely! Lovellea keepsakes make thoughtful gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, best friends, weddings, and other special occasions.

Simply enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your printed or framed order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each keepsake is custom-made specifically for you, personalized orders cannot typically be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error or damage during shipping.
