Lovellea offers personalized digital and physical keepsakes created using the information and images provided by customers.
As each item is made to order, slight variations in color, positioning, or appearance may occur.
3. Personalization
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, messages, photographs, and other personalization details when placing an order.
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. Lovellea is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse requests containing offensive, unlawful, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where required, will be calculated during checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full before production begins.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
No physical item will be shipped for digital-only purchases.
Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.
7. Physical Products
Printed and framed products are produced after your order has been approved and processed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, production schedules, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
Lovellea is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because personalized products enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be accepted before production begins.
If production has already started, your order may no longer be modified or cancelled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized specifically for you unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The wrong product was received.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- We made an error in the personalization.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where applicable.
10. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before completing their purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted information is accurate and final.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product images, logos, website content, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Lovellea.
